Menshealth says Flatten Your Belly

i juz followed some 15mins and simple looking workout and i must say im WORKED...
was sweating by the end of the 3 sets of 4 exercise workout

and by year end end...i will have a flattened tummy!!!

lol....its either im too gd or the marker is too lenient
i really think its the latter..
up to date..i have 1 higher D(MCQ) and 2 distinction(1 MCQ 1 individual proj)..
never in my poly life did i get this kind of results....
hopefully my 3 others projs get at least a credit so i can slack abit for the final exams....

juz another normal day
went to skoo in the afternoon ....biz finance ...sian....so hard to understand
anyway, then went to marina bay eat steamboat and sort of bday dinner for me and mel's gf whose bday is today.
after that went to find ezq and shaowei at MOS..
freaking crowded at smoove and thats the only room we went. saw a fiona, jennifer and huien. 3 different groups.
music was alright and guys are fighting to dance with the limited no. of gers. lol
