2nd wk of work and so much trouble came up liao... fucking helll ... for a BIG company with so many branches worldwide and they dun even haf a IT support in Singapore. Cost savings they say, crazy I say. I believe at this moment, some of our client had lost some millions in bizness or so they say. i shall not name any names...
it was alrite in the morning .... even had a free lunch treat from manager for us.... then it was a disaster after 2pm. Network crash... most clients keep calling us to check..... with no internet access, they are not able to communicate with clients , email , check stocks, send proposal (in millions if i did not hear wrong), and many more... money is lost as they call.... called the IT support in ENGLAND... yes ENGLAND !! and all they could help is gif us some useless solution which just waste our time. got scolded from a few clients ( no network = cannot do work = go crazy) but some others were quite understanding( Im the fucking recep and not the IT guy... no pt scolding me.... )
hopefully the network is already up at this moment if not tml is going to be another apologetic day...

yeah...the week is over.... im more comfortable in taking call now... time pass pretty fast when u have stuff to do... more or less i can do work on my own liao .... anyway i quite like to work in office sia....can wear nice nice and look smart..hahaha

yeah...i finally got a job .. today is first day of the job...
and b4 i even get paid... i already spend like $200 + to buy 2 shirt 1 pants 1 belt and 1 tie and 1 pair of formal shoes...
and for a $1200 job less CPF ...im practically left with under $500 after expenses..
anyway im working as a customer service representative... which means a receptionist for my company and our clients ...... work place is at centennial tower... pretty nice view..
as today is the first day..i decided to go early taking 107.... and i miss the busstop and got down at clifford pier....then i took a cab down to nearby centennial tower for a freaking $5.20.. not a gd day to start.... luckily the ppl im working with are quite nice ppl...
damn tired...i shall slp early today...

today is my first time donating blood!!! went to HSA with Dg to donate blood... unfortunately he cant coz he got fever in the last 3 wks.. it wasnt really painful and its very fast... everybody should go and donate blood coz u will be saving some other ppl lives!!
after donating blood ...went to cine to watch texas chainsaw massacre. damn nice...very gory and bloody .....u fear for the characters' life every moment..... 4 stars!!
anyway ...ytd was the last day of exams.. YAY! ... finally its over... after exam went johor with cindy tania dan and yuanhong.. we were like newbie..... after crossing the msia custom.. some taxi touts came and tok to us... a trip to holiday plaza cost 20RM ... fucking rip off man... but we just go along with it ... bought a game there while the rest each bought some stuff... then we left the place for city square... its only 6RM lor.... and its so near the custom lor..... dinner was suppose to seafood but yuanhong cannot eat so we settle for this kim gary hongkong restaraunt.. ... i had this supreme curry beef with cheeze and its pretty gd though its a little too hot...

at 8+ we left city square to walk to the custom... we walk blindly back to the custom where we came from to find out that tat is onli for arrival..... so we had to walk back to another place to chop our passport... when we reach there...we didnt even noe how to go to the chopping place and had to walk 1 big round ... after that took bus back to Singapore and home

crisis managment - Failed!
was taking a nap when sudden i heard knocking on my door.... and somebody shouting sth...
decided to ignore it .....then father went to open the door and i hear my neighbour shouting help me! help me!
so we went over to her hse and saw her husband lying on the floor in a pool of blood... so i rush back to get my handphone and call for ambulance... when prompt for the address i said the wrong block and wrong unit no. .. b4 that i even call the wrong no. lol!! though i wasnt really panicky ....i keep pressing 955... and i was actually quite pissed the no. didnt go through... hahahaha ... i tot what fuck up system is that ... then i realised its 995......
anyway father ask neighbour whether he can sit up .... and immediately he sit up... but his head was still bleeding quite bad....as army teach us....apply pressure on the wound to prevent bleeding... father ask for a cloth and press against the wound... minutes later... the ambulance was here...got his head bandaged and sent him to the hospital..... luckily it wasnt very very serious and he still can walk steadily to the ambulance... hope hes alrite without any internal injuries...
anyway peeps... pls call 995 for ambulance and not 955...hhaha
