the result of not training.... approx 2hrs50mins at the army half marathon... 2km into the run, my right calf became too tight...and i had to stop...to walk... soon..im walking and jogging.....after finishing, went to collect bag with brother... fucking helll....they sux big time.... had to wait an hour to get my bag.... fucking no system..no organisation......super messy... some ppl who were infront still did not get their bags when i left....fucking stupid....
anyway jq caught the running bug...after signing up for terry fox run last wk...we are going to register for the swisshotel the stamford vertical marathon.... a freaking $32....

my passion for soccer is still ever burning so brightly...
from sunday field soccer to now sunday street soccer..
i have now added tues and fri street soccer....
everytime i get little chance to play on any day, i will certainly have to desire to play more on the next soccer day...
